Dr. Perseta Grabova is a lecturer in the Department of Finance, Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana since 2008. She graduated from the University of Tirana in Finance and Accounting in 2005. After successfully completing her Master's degree at the University of Poitiers, France in Economics and Business Administration, she was employed in the banking sector providing consulting to companies on products in the field of Trade Finance in the international market. In 2010 she attended an Exchange Program at George Washington University, Washington DC (USA) funded by the US Department where she gained experience in finance and risk management.
She teaches various courses mainly in the field of Enterprise Risk Management and Investment. In 2013 she defended her PhD at the University of Tirana in the field of Financial Behavior. In 2014 she was a member of the working group of researchers in the project Platform for trans-Academic Cooperation in Innovation - IPA ADRIATIC Cross Border Cooperation 2007-2013. Her contribution to this project was in identifying innovation actors, fully mapping national innovation systems and policies implemented, and measuring innovation potential at the local level.
Since 2016 she is a member of the project working group of the Erasmus + project "Knowledge FOr Resilient soCiEty K-FORCE". In August 2020, it was announced the winner of a Jean Monnet project in the field of Risk Management and European Integration. Perseta is currently a consultant with the Connect Albania program, an innovative online program for increasing investments created in the framework of the IOM Albania Project "Engagement of the Albanian Diaspora in the social and economic development of Albania".
