Healthy choices are the best ones to make for your family and yourself. Making choices about helping to conserve energy is another great way to contribute to your family. Saving money on energy bills will mean more money to spend on things you and the kids would like to do to together. Saving money on the energy bill can be done efficiently with energy saving appliances and educating your children to be aware of energy usage.

There may not be a way to change the fact that the United States produces the most garbage of any country in the world. But considering that only thirty-five percent of the garbage is being recycled leaves a lot of room for improvement. Those numbers take time to change.

Make a list of games that you can play with your child. Write them on index cards and keep them in the glove box of the car. While driving with your child have them choose an activity you could play. An example of a game you could play is look for words the start with the same letter. Play a game that puts the words in alphabetical order. For the past twenty years, I have been working with herbs. I use Kinesiology that is a phenomenon. It is a procedure that has been used for the last fifty years. Kinesiology literally means the study of the body movements. It is a holistic approach to balancing the movement and interaction of a person's energy. Using this procedure, I can measure the condition of any part of a person's body, regardless where they are located. Spirit knows no time, place or distance. As well, simply being in a public place can cause us to have to deal with noise pollution. This is, of course, caused by the infamous "cell yell". Anywhere we go in public, we must deal with people yelling into their mobile phones. This is not only annoying, but it is a form of Greening Greenpoint pollution. Listening to someone yell at a phone causes our minds stress and, through that, causes our bodies stress. They are annoying, and annoyance is a form of stress. Thus, we find ourselves stressed by something that is simply a fact of modern life.

Asbestos only becomes a problem when the fibers become airborne and are then inhaled into the lungs. Asbestos has been around for a long time and there is a lot of it out there. Recently, we inspected a 1960's home and found asbestos in the Kitchen floor tiles and behind an old Wall Heater Unit. If you decide to buy this type of home, it is important that it be inspected and tested for Asbestos. It is very common that you can find asbestos fibers in older homes in the plaster and drywall. Most homes built after 1978 are generally assumed to be Asbestos Free, but occasionally we find it in homes as late as 1982. Remember, always test to be sure. If you have any questions about Asbestos, go to the EPA Website for more information on Asbestos.

Just remember to keep your cool and be patient with your dog. It is not his fault that he was born with or has developed phobias to environmental noises.
